Project: City Quays

As part of the harbour regeneration works, we were tasked with carrying out the ground-works for the new 9 storey City Quays 2 building. Works included the breaking and removal off site of an existing concrete slab which covered the full site, reduced level excavation, formation of piling mat and all associated foundation works. We also cut and broke approx. 350nr driven concrete piles throughout the site. LLS completed all internal and external drainage works, all service ducting, preparation works for tarmac and paving works.
