Project: Translink Belfast

We have recently completed works on the new Translink workshop located on Duncrue Street in Belfast. Works involved included bringing up levels across the site, approx 40000m2, for associated piling works. Strom drainage was installed up the existing Northern Road and into the site for all storm water discharge. A new headwall and Valve was placed at Pollock Dock. Four large Interceptor tanks where installed at various location throughout the site, which required sheet piling due to the depth and type of ground. Due to the location of the works, we dealt with a large quantity of contaminated material which was disposed off site in landfill. Preparation of all areas for tarmac was carried out by ourselves including all kerbing works.
