Project: Dairy Hall Leisure Complex, Newtownards

We were contracted to deliver the civil and groundworks elements, and the construction of the eagerly anticipated Dairy Hall Leisure Complex in Newtownards. Works included the reduced level excavation and making up of all levels throughout the site for the building, roads and car parks. All drainage works throughout the site were undertaken by ourselves including a 6m deep pumping station. All kerbing works around the car parks were completed by ourselves including getting all ground ready for tarmac and paving works.
