This project was a green-field site which incorporated the clearing of all site vegetation, the bringing up of levels on site which included 35,000 tonne of stone levelled for a piling platform over a 7day period. We carried out all foundation works, including the cutting of approx. 1300nr concrete driven piles, setting of 156 nr bolt boxes, and all associated ground beams. All drainage and ducting works for the buildings and car park fell under our works, including the installation of 525mm/600mm concrete pipes throughout the car park. Works were delivered on-time within a very tight 26-week programme.
